Gotham at the Movies: Whip It - Sunday, September 20 at 7:30 PM ET on Twitch

We are launching a new series called Gotham at the Movies, and in honor of “Back to Old School” September, we are revisiting a film that was part of many skaters’ origin stories: Drew Barrymore’s Whip It. Watch along on Twitch with film buffs Margaret Thrasher & Greta Turbo and many other friends as we discuss Gotham’s surprising connections to the promotion and premiere of the movie. All you have to do to be a part of the fun (and save us from a copyright violation) is:

Find a copy of the film to play at home.
Get it ready to roll.
Acquire snacks.
Press play along with us — we’ll tell you when.
Enjoy the ride!

Don’t worry, we’ll keep the run time at the bottom of the screen the whole time so you never fall out of synch with us!

Pre-Show Dish - 7:30 pm
Curtain - 8:00 pm
