Ticket and Conduct Policies

• At LeFrak at Lakeside only: Children 5 and under (who can sit on a guardian's lap) admitted for free.

• At LeFrak at Lakeside only: Children ages 6-12 can get 10% off any tickets with code KIDDOS. These tickets must be checked out separately from undiscounted tickets.

• At LeFrak at Lakeside only: Disabled or injured people who require seating to attend games can get 20% off Seated Admission with code ACCESS. This discount is also open to anyone the disabled or injured person needs to assist them. These tickets must be checked out separately from undiscounted tickets. 

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual, physical, verbal and/or any other kind of harassment towards skaters, officials, volunteers, and fans. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the venue.

• Violation of discount code guidelines will also result in removal from the venue.
